I was driving up to the farm on Thanksgiving weekend with all six of my dogs. When we got to the Adirondacks, we hit snow. I decided to dare driving off the road through the snow into the forest to give the dogs a rest stop. It was incredibly beautiful and the dogs were ecstatic. As I recorded the video, I realized that Daphne and Clover, the two Papillon puppies, were experiencing their first snow. Boy oh boy, were they happy! Here's the first video of the dogs as we entered the forest:
And then we walked through the trees down to the banks of the Ausable River:
