I arrived at the farm after 5 hours of driving over flooded roads and taking detours. It'd stopped raining by then but the winds were howling. I put the dogs out into their fenced yard and went down into the cellar to turn on the water to my apartment. Then I entered the main house to check it out before I showed it to any potential tenants. It was clean. So I took photos of the interior to put on the blog. Here is my future retirement home, beginning with the country style kitchen:
