Wagstaff Corner, New York

The dogs and I were on our way home from our brief hike on the Rutland Nature Trail when I passed through the little settlement of Wagstaff Corner. Well, I had my camera with me, so I decided to take some pictures:

This little settlement had some farms, some homes and some old barns, with old farm implements adorning many of the fields:

Madeline appeared to be fascinated with what I think was a hay turner:

We passed a dairy barn:

A mobile home with a livestock trailer hooked up and ready to be used:

And a very large silo. Wagstaff Corner was not a big place and there were no identifying signs, but there were enough homes and farms to make it notable. I put my camera away and continued on home where Wally and Winky surely were sleeping:
