This latest batch of pet photos struck me as cuter than usual, but maybe I'm just in a sentimental mood. These pets are, in a sense, my immediate family. The kitchen corner is still the most popular spot, and this photo is of Jack, Daphne, Fergus and Clover:
Georgette reigns from her bed on the kitchen table. If another cat gets near, she has a hissy-fit. Georgette has allowed Daisy up on the table a few times, though only for a couple of seconds. I take that as progress. I wish I could keep all cats off the table, but I know that is part of having a house full of pets:
Bugsy, Clover and Fergus:
Georgette, the most loyal, doglike cat I've ever known:
Bramble, always the oddball:
Seamus, Fergus, Daphne, Clover and Rocky:
Daphne, Fergus, Seamus, Clover and Georgette:
Jack, Daphne, Clover, Fergus and Seamus - all five dogs together without any cats:
Bugsy, the teenage terror. He can be sweet and affectionate or wild and unsociable. It all depends on his mood:
All five dogs in the bedroom, with the guinea pig cage on the right. I don't let the cats into the bedroom because of the guinea pigs and house plants there:
