Part 1 - A Walk In The North Hayfield

We arrived at the farm and found everything looking good. The weather was nothing short of spectacular. The dogs, however, seemed anxious to do something:

So off we went for a romp in the north hay field:

The grass was lush and just high enough to get the Papillons jumping as they ran:

Clover ran ahead. Seamus and Madeline stayed close to me:

Fergus bounded along like a kangaroo:

It was a fine day to be alive:

This was a rather new experience for Madeline, but she seemed to like it just fine:

Daphne and Clover, AKA "The Silly Sisters," raced and wrestled without paying much attention to anything else:

We approached the end of the field where there was a gate and the dogs, sensing added adventure, picked up their pace:

Clover has always been the speedster of the family. She'd make a fine racing dog if anyone was staging Papillon races:

We arrived at the back gate, which I don't believe I'd ever used before:

We went through it and headed down into the woods. But I'll post more tomorrow:
