My driving tours usually produce only one blog post or perhaps two, but my tour of Brushton ended up requiring four posts, of which this is number two. I passed by this solid home with both red and white doors as well as a large garage for use during rugged winters:
An attractive home with large windows for observing the rural, small town scenery:
An all blue home sitting right next to the road:
A small, plain church with a modest steeple:
And a large, old public school building which had been converted into apartments:
As I drove into the business district of Brushton, I passed by more houses, most with comfortable old front porches:
And another white church with a modern steeple:
This home had two very large trees out front which, I think, were Cottonwoods:
Attractively landscaped and meticulously groomed:
Relaxed, comfortable and friendly:
Sturdy red brick with a practical steel roof. Notice that this home too had a nice front porch:
A friendly home beneath the tall Maples. I had by then just entered the business district of Brushton and was only halfway through my driving tour, so I'll post more tomorrow:
