The dogs and cats still all get along together, but only Bugsy now sleeps with the dogs. It's a wonderful scene, though, when all five dogs plus Bugsy curl up together:
The dogs are now also enjoying time outdoors in their fenced yard:
Meghan and the other guinea pig, Ruby (hiding when I took this photo) call for lettuce each morning, squeaking loudly:
Georgette has had a bit of a personality change, taking charge of the kitchen without any fear of the other two cats. They were shocked at first, but learned to just accept her as she is. In this photo, Georgette was gazing out the window at the apple orchard (probably lots of birds flying around), while Bugsy luxuriated in a bit of sunlight on the floor:
Bugsy too has been more friendly lately, deciding he really loves attention:
Georgette no longer spends all her time in her own personal bed, though she still likes to sleep there sometimes:
Daisy prowls the house like a miniature panther, though what she's really hunting is my attention:
Another scene with all five dogs plus Bugsy:
And speaking of Bugsy, the kitten in him has found a new use for the yoga mats I put down to help keep Seamus from slipping and falling. They make a great place to hide and plan a playful attack:
Clover became ill and yelped in pain, so I rushed her to the vet. Alas, her teeth were so bad that he removed most of them. She was a pitiful girl for a day, but then began a rapid recovery. She already seems to be eating dry food without problem, though I am still giving her canned food, at least for now:
I was mowing the lawn on the day I took this photo of Daphne and Jack snoozing. Jack had dug a hole down into the cool earth:
