And they also hang out on their ramp as they wait for me to let them back into the house. They enjoy being outside but mostly want to be wherever I am:
Daisy spends much of each day at my feet and I have to be careful not to kick her or step on her accidentally. With my braces and awkward gait, I also need to be careful that I don't trip and fall. To make matters worse, Daisy rolls over and begs for attention in front of me when I try to walk. It helps to keep me alert:
In the kitchen corner: Jack (who also spends much time at my feet), Daphne, Clover, Fergus and Bugsy:
Georgette is having a personality change. She is boldly strutting around the floor, ignoring the other two cats who used to chase her (only because she ran). I am thrilled to see her regaining her confidence:
Moving her bed to this small table seems to have helped. I've also begun giving her a small amount of canned food each night after the other animals go upstairs. Food is a powerful motivator, though exactly how that influenced her personality change, I'm not sure:

One afternoon I caught Daisy and Bugsy enjoying a spot of sun, with Seamus right behind them. Ah, the wondrous comfort of a spring afternoon:
