Dogs and Cats And Birds, Oh My!

Yes, it's time once again for a pet post. The first photo is Bramble and Snoozey, sharing a floor pillow:

And a whole collection of dogs who wanted to know why I was taking pictures of those cats instead of them:

But the dogs and cats certainly do get along well together:

And I also have pets upstairs in my bedroom (away from the cats). This is Dixie, the guinea pig:

And the parakeet, who was never officially named but has lately been called "Chirpy-Doodle" for his constant, happy sounding "chirpilations:"

 Still in the bedroom, giant Seamus shared a doggy bed with tiny PeeWee. Well, at least his massive head shared the bed:


Back downstairs to floor pillows again, I caught Clover acting coy:

And Daphne giving me her worried look:

Sometimes they share the floor pillows, curling up together. Sometimes they spread out:

Again with the floor pillows. Perhaps I take too many of these photos, but it never fails to warm my heart:

I brought the dog food bin inside from the porch so it wouldn't get so cold. Seamus, who is always so polite that he lets the other dogs eat first, quickly discovered that he didn't have to wait any more:

And when he was full, he plopped himself down to rest and burp:
