I work at a building material/contractor supply which is open a half day on Saturdays. On that day I am the only person in the main office, so I bring in 4 of my 6 dogs on those days. Oddly, they know it's Saturday morning each week and become increasingly antsy and agitated as it nears time for me to leave for work. This is in spite of my attempts to act as if it were any other day. Do dogs have an internal calendar? My experience says they most certainly do. If only I could function so efficiently.
The picture above is all 4 of them in our messy office. Old Casey in the upper left, Seamus in the upper right, Fergus lower right and Wally lower left.
Fergus above trying to look cute. Er, it's working..........
Casey just doesn't have much energy these days, though she certainly had no problem hiking this past weekend.
One of our warehouse guys, above, met the dogs for the first time this past weekend. He particularly liked big Seamus, but then most people do fall for Seamus.
The two buddies, Seamus and Fergus, take a rest from their labors. It's a rough life they have.
Seamus, being so large, often puts his big feet up on the counter to greet customers. He's become a big hit, almost a tourist attraction. Fergus tries, but can't reach high enough to get the attention that would reinforce the action.
Wally, Seamus, Fergus. Tending to business.
Seamus again with the warehouseman. You can see how people like to be greeted by this big Poodle.
